This programme will transform and simplify your life through consciousness, clarity and consistent practice. Guided by facilitator and life coach, James, we invite you to activate your inner wisdom through the 6C Process.

What is the 6C Process?

The 6C Process is a simple model using tools and techniques to transform you through 6 states from 1 Curious to 2 Clear, 3 Committed, 4 Confident, 5 Creating Value and finally 6 Continuously Improving.


THE 4 CORE CAPABILITIES

During the programme you will build on four capabilities:
  1. Habits: Personal change starts with atomic habits and neuroscience-based brain change.
  2. Mental Fitness: Identifying saboteurs and activating your inner sage and practising.
  3. Organisation & Productivity: The difference between dreams and results is having a system.
  4. Stress Management: Being aware of, and managing, emotions for a state of balance.

Personal change takes time. Over 12 weeks we will transform ourselves through 6 Clear stages each with a very clear start and end point and a Practise to get you there. I will personally coach you through each stage and we will have a supportive group setting to share and keep one another accountable.

James Parnell
James Parnell

James is the founder of The Wellbeing Gym, a wellbeing and performance training consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. He is also a co-founder of TheWellnessOrchard.com.

A mathematician by background, James is also qualified in innovation & design thinking, a certified agile coach, lean six sigma and as an ICF-accredited personal and executive coach.

James is also certified in neuroscience and brain health. He brings all these disciplines together to help people envision their future and consciously move toward it using a human-centric coaching and mentorship approach.
